I think it is only an in-grown hair, that has an irritation, and since Izzy can’t see down there, she seeks assistance.

I have seen it, and it seems a large spot to be caused by an in-grown hair, unless it has become infected. Perfectly agree with Kade, that it is bizarre that she prefers Aleks rather than Rosy to deal with it.
