Ok so hypothetically, if Flora’s realm number doesn’t change, but Dennis takes over her realm as the new participant we should rename her forum topic Dennis?
It is not at all the same situation as Dennis wasn’t a participant in Realm 1 before.
A good recent example is Mira. Her name was removed and added back without opening any new topics
Not the same as her name was added back. It would of been the same if Henry left and Mira’s name added to the realm as the replacement.

How about arguing why Fayes name was changed to Trisha yet still stayed in the same realm then. 
And there are many other instances as well, god help us

There is something I don’t understand. Yesterday, Rachel packed her things and left. her name was deleted. Now her name is back. she is not at home. Will it come sometimes?
