I think the biggest problem with the project is that VHTV changed from Real Life to being a Porn site! I blame Alex and Henry for just wanting to fuck any hot girl they could get, And the allowing Chaturbate and other cam sites to intrude in many Realms!

No, i don’t see it as a porn site. It is some of the people from here and some of the apartments (mostly the single or only girls ones)
Also, Vhtv itself by advertising mostly the sexual bit. (Very misleading but that’s the marketing)

if the fourth one would be very low,than do u have an explaination how in the hell Tyrone and Cindy is surviving?
I don’t know anything in particular about them, i can only assume that “surviving” might be the answer.
There have been explanations that extra activities (i.e CB) are needed in order to gain some money or even to pay the rent (i.e: Silver&Bradley)
My opinion is that there are to many apartments and the views/money get distributed in to many small parts. This leads to " survival" rather than making it worth investing money in guests and parties due to the low return, which potentially leads to going into debt.
Also the massive increase in the cost of living might be a factor.
There might be more factors, but, personally, i think that the number of apartments is the main reason.
Quantity over quality.
