President Trump

Today January 20 the new elected president Trump will be inaugurated.

Is it good or bad for the world?
the Ukranian/Russian war?
the Middle East tension?

Will he be with us for 4 years? or will he be deposed as president?

Personally i have not a good feeling with him as being a president, but of course i might be wrong

one day before his inauguration President Trump launched a new Crypto coin, in which he and his family have 80% of the shares .

Is that oke that he does that? or should the money be transferred to the US Government?

Better than the absolute shit show dementia patient who’s been “in charge” for the last 4 years. For Americans anyway. Trump ends wars, he doesn’t start them.

I have heard that we are merely moving forward into the age of Aquarius which some say means an end to the old ways and a movement toward the new. In this moment we are seeing the old ways resist this change with all the energy it has. Same as the Industrial revolution when the world moved from primary agriculture to factories tearing the fabric of family apart. Just a humble opinion from one whom claims to not know anything about anything.

For Carlos we are moving into the ago of amphibious :joy::joy::see_no_evil:

Yeah, Biden has the best economy in this world until Trump won and now stocks are going south just on what he claims he is going to do. Don’t believe me just sit back and watch Putin push the buttons and Trump jump.

Well at least this president might actually know he’s the president

and what could be better?
rewriting history by pardoning the stormers of the Capitol when it was they who undermined democracy?

Trying to annex Canada?
Greenland?
Panama Canal, which he says is under Chinese command, while there is no demonstrable link to China?

Inflation and energy costs are through the roof.
What stocks are going south? The stock market isn’t even open today

that’s a global problem, doesn’t have much to do with Biden

If the oil sheikhs in the Middle East open the taps a little further, prices will fall sooner than Trump becomes president

Natural gas sure does. And all the insane regulations on energy are on Biden and the democrats. 2020 December cost me $200 for heating home. 2023 December cost me $325, $600 2024 December, and it was a bit warmer so I actually used less. And the dollar is worth 20% less since numbnuts took office in 2021

I understand your point, but it’s not just about your wallet, and I really wonder whether Trump will be better for you personally, he has quite a few plans that will cost a lot of money, so that will have to come from somewhere.

cut back on Ukraine?
I don’t think so, because he was the first to start arms deliveries in 2016 after the capture of Crimea by Russia.

so taxes will have to go up, or will Elon Musk pay for everything?

Taxes don’t have to go up, government mismanaging spending needs to be fixed once and for all. They piss away so much money on things that literally do not matter. Billions upon billions of waste every year.
I can tell you 2016-2020 the country was in a much better place than it is these last 4 years, especially being a business owner. Nobody has to agree with me, its my opinion.

that is why it is an open discussion, I live in the Netherlands, so we are not directly under the influence of the new President.

I personally don’t trust him. In my opinion, he only got himself re-elected to get immunity from prosecution for everything he was rightly accused of or could have been.
He is a capitalist through and through. But just as a ‘normal’ businessman exploits a company and its employees, he exploits the whole country, and to some extent the whole world, for his own benefit.
Yes, it may be that some people in his own country are better off thanks to him. But overall, he is in a position where ‘the most powerful man in the world’ has to demonstrate prudence globally, and not, like an elephant in a china shop, cause more damage than is tolerable.

That’s because the media and the left have attacked and shit all over him since he announced he was running in 2015. He was very friendly with all those same people for decades and all of the sudden they say he’s Hitler?

How come all the talking points magickly went away after he won?
“We’ll never have another election”
“He’s a threat to democracy”
“He is worse than Hitler”

He wins and days later, Joe invites him to the White House with a ear to ear smiles. Why is the sitting president smiling when sitting next to Hitler? Its honestly laughable.
