Ich bin fest davon Ć¼berzeugt dass vor dem betreten einer Wohnung etwas unterschrieben werden MUSS und VHTV das von den WohnungseigentĆ¼mern verlangt. Ansonsten wƤre diese Seite aus vielen GrĆ¼nden rechtlich nicht tragbar. Sollte ein Bewohner dieser Pflicht nicht nachkommen (und VHTV sollte und wird dies sehr streng Ć¼berprĆ¼fen) ist nicht nur ein Ausschluss des Teilnehmers erforderlich sondern sollte auch rechtliche Konsequenzen haben. So ein Bildmaterial KANN Manschen brechen und schlimme Folgen haben.

The only person i can really think of who meticulously made everyone and anyone who stepped into their realm sign the waivers was Xavier during the early Harmony and Xavier days. It was almost always amusing how even the guests guests who were dropping by for a few minutes were taking headshots at the front and signing papers before stepping into the apartment only to leave and never be seen again.
come on guys lets be super realistic.
imagine entering a house and the first thing is that they ask you to sighn a document stating that you are being recorder and transmited worldwide and the record are being saved in a platform for entertaining reasons, everyone who is not in adult industry would just fuck off immidiately. its just not gonna happen.
