Well they can sign them off camera. It is not mandatory to do it in front of the camera.
But I do not know. Maybe VHTV should check more often if signing papers and also age verification is done correctly. Not saying that they don’t do it already though…
Lol… Do you really think someone like Tonk will go searching for them outside to sign papers. Half of the guests in his parties he doesn’t even know and gets introduced. I totally disagree. It is mandatory for each guest to sign these papers. Managers need to enforce it and VHTV will ask the managers about that if necessary. Why do you think Vegas left the project?

I was out of VH at that time . Since today is Friday, there may be some parties. Just have a look around in the apts where genuine guests comes and check how many people actually sign papers.

Well the dialogue of the people in the apartment right before it went offline had nothing to do with them going offline. I can only assume manager or VHTV pulled the plug…

Well it should be in the companies (VHTV) own interest to do proper age verification as they are the ones responsible for the content they broadcast and host in the archive.
I do not think the credit card companies are the important factor in that particular case.

everyone knew that they are being recorder and transmited.
the red hair girl KNEW that the cameras are working and transmited. What she did not know is that its being archived and pirate sites. she is mostly ubset that someone found her video. and that someone is under “question” of how she find it and why she told her. (propably harmfull reason or Jealusy ).
