In old houses radiators can get clogged from the sluggish heating water. We had same problem two years ago. We replaced a lot of radiators when we got a new heating system.

Is there many more because i see from Cam 20 the hall camera there is an area at the front door where no cam is there also. Is there many more areas or rooms like this without cams.

A good system flush through will normally do the job. Changing radiators sounds to me like overall poor building maintenance (if any).
When there is rust and all that stuff building up in the system for many years you have no chance with a flush. All you achieve is most likely get leaks at the connections of pipes due to too high pressure

Nope. When system is too old changing radiator is the right thingā¦
Just look at the people here, good chance they got ripped off.
