Many of tenants haven’t arrived yet. Some of them will be there after Thursday when heating maintenance services will do their work. It’s not really warm there now.

The problem with big houses is terrible views & cams far away from the action. 21 cams is not sufficient for a house this size, it probably needs at least 30.

I gas they have to switch on the gas? It is same here in Germany when moving in an empty house company needs to come and switch the gas on.
