Why are people turning up from other apartments? What is the purpose of this apartment that they can’t do in their own apartment.
Heating is bad so they need more bodies in bed to keep themself warm 
My guess would be (and it is just a guess)
Demira, Myagi & Aldon in the main bedroom
Charly & Dora in the white bedroom
Gay couple in the red bedroom
Cleo, Suyri & unnamed girl on the livingroom couches & kitchen couch.
A lot of them are were just guests at other apartments so don’t have their own.

Maxim is currently at Anita’s, white top. He seems to alternate between Anita’s and Rina/Tasar place. I suspect he’ll also be sniffing around the Nude House once Syuri moves in.

I will let you into a little secret though (ssshhh… don’t tell anyone)…I have sort of considered it (but very half heartedly).
I don’t know they will be in the red bedroom - my post said it was a guess.
But my guess is based on each of the couples getting a double bed as it wouldn’t make much sense to have couples s___ping separately.
Also Aldon slept on the main bedroom bed last night & he’s shared a bed with Demira & Myagi before which is why my guess put him in their bedroom.
Archi is only there temporary, probably until everyone else arrives.
