Very valid point! I have been wondering about it myself. I think it was initially because of the 2 new guys (Efim - with the facial tattoo - and Garin). Now, not so sure but hopefully the 2 new guys will feel able to join in with the nudity as well, soon enough and things can get back to normal. 
June and Jairo should resume their normal behavior. Tristan has been walking naked before so he should not have issues with that. If the 2 new guys are not okay with it, they know where the exit door is located
