Whatever we or you call them is irrelevant but our thinking that they have managed to fuck up a few apartments should be relevant.

Do you provide feedback to Alex & Anna regarding the drama they seem to create in the apartments?
If Alex & Anna were any sort of half decent managers they surely would check in on the apartment whether it be physically or online and see for themselves. There is even this forum they could read. My thinking is they react to problems rather than see them coming and preventing them.

Great. I hope they do something positive about it (i.e. ask those two awful individuals to sling their hook!), so that the girls can come back and enjoy the apartment the way they want to. If they don’t do that, I see little hope for this apartment.
The stuff in the living room at Katia’s do not belng to the two girls. All the black bags in the living room and kitchen and other stuff in the hallway were brought in by Sergio
I am just waiting to see a whole lot of hobos come and pick up the stuff and put the black bags on the end of a stick and wander away.
Oh, okay. That means Sergio and Teresa will be causing more havoc for Katia too

I agree with you Mose , i cannot say i particularly like Sergio but things do happen when he is around. Before that shouting last night it was the best sort of party we had seen the girls involved in for a while. And of course i still give him a bit of kudos for all the parties he had with melissa again it all happened around him. He may be a catalyst !
