Well I’m use to the fights of Sergio so I didn’t put any effort to know what happen, I listen very very little, but this is what I heard.

Blah blah blah swearings to each other and one saying to another to fuck off from the apartment.
It is very common Sergio to have fights when he is i________ed, so I was not interested to go through timeline, to know who said what and the fight started, but simply the reason was Teresa said something and Sergio got angry.
After some hours I saw the Brunette crying, again I didn’t pay any attention to what was the reason and listened maybe 1-2 min
Witch she was screaming
“I’m done with all this bulls__ts I’m so tired of all this fuck knows what and blah blah blah”
Then the guy said
“Why you are angry at me I’m just delivering what they told to him”
Well than I just moved on, since I’m completely not interested in that place.

But from the tone of the brunette and the guy delivering the whatever who ever gave him the information.
I suspect (just suspect not having any evidence about it) that some one told them to leave.

I have a feeling that Teresa persuade Sergio to kick them out, since at one point I heard Teresa saying to one of the girls, “do not raise your voice to me, do not never raise again your voice to me” but this happen when Teresa was fighting with Sergio.
Well when the girls are smart after that they shouldn’t return…

I agree, from a business perspective, this Sergio and Teresa combination is toxic. All I hear about them are the complaints. When I saw them at Katia’s they never did anything to help the flat gett better. And now they fought cussed each other out, had a little make up sex, and boh, not sure what happened after that but they suck totally. Yes, if I was VH, I would definitely get rid of them.
The girls were not the best but, hell, could have had better help. Take Sofia and Elon’s apartment. They fucking moved and they are already comfortable enough to get it on. I like watching them. So, time to get my own ■■■■ and popcorn.
I’m not a fan of Nessia and Ulyana, but they, like Katia, seem to be nice girls and a bit choosy about who they fuck. I checked in on their place the night all this happened just out of curiosity, and actually witnessed a lot of this drama - never saw either of those two girls upset and shouting at each other or anyone before when they were at Katia’s, but after the scene caused by Sergio and Teresa, I don’t blame them for leaving. I notice a lot of their stuff is still in the living room at Katia’s place. I’ve only ben a member for a couple of months, but everything I have seen, along with everything others who have been around longer have said, of Sergio and Teresa makes me wonder why VHTV allows them to continue as managers. It would seem to be good business sense to get rid of them, but I’m not in the business and also do not know all of the details about the VHTV operation. But if I were a VHTV staff person, it would make sense to pay attention to all of these complaints from viewers about these two and make some adjustments. It seems like every apartment they “manage” has problems of some sort or another, and that they apparently are the main source of the problems. Just my 2 cents worth.
It’s time for Sergio & Theresa to leave this site. I never liked them since the first day.
Sergio and Teresa are not managers - the only managers we work with are Anna and Alex. They just chose them as assistants - it’s their right, but we don’t interact with anybody else except of AnnaAlex. And others may call themseleves technicians, managers, assistants etc:))
