Why is it that if they play a movie its always in that bad voice over russian?
Are they too lazy to read subtitle or do they dont understand English?

(no irony) Why would they have subtitles when they have russian voice over?

I guess english knowledge isn’t very good in a lot of cases but even if it was - why watch movie in english if you can have it in your native voice over?

Yea ok but in the voice overs you hear english first then the voice over. are they just bad in dubbing or what.

I guess they are but they are so used to it that they don’t mind at all.

Another thing - for you it’s disturbing because you understand english so it clashes for you. If you don’t your mind process it like some distant bla bla bla in the backround and focuses on your native language.

I always mute foreign movies and read the subtitles. when it’s a bad subtitle the results can be hilarious. auto - generated subs on youtube are always really funny too. :laughing:

Ever watched a porn movie with russian voice over thats so annoying. :crazy_face:

I once saw an american movie in Poland with one guy doing the voice over for everyone. People there didn’t get why i was laughing all off the time because it was a sad movie…Oops…

I don’t generally watch porn for the sound.

  1. Why do you think that films that are created in Russia has English sound?
  2. Most of them do not understand English. For example, Fred asked his manager if there are new posts in the forum.
  3. Some people prefer “Goblin” voiсe-over (amateur voice-over them made by Goblin). The voice sounds not good in this case, but translation is funny sometimes.

The most movies i’ve seen here where marvel movies so not created russia.
Fred i can understand that he cant understand English he’s a little bit older. But the younger ones there just to lazy.

I know English is the international language of the world but seriously why would anyone especially the English think that every person on the planet need to learn it? There are many English who have second homes in Spain and never taken the time to learn Spanish. Pure arrogance.

I don’t speak a second language as it happens, but then I’ve never been to Johnny Foreigner land. What! I hear the food is b___dy awful and they drive on the wrong side of the road. Lunacy!
