This is a traditional Russian cold soup called Okroshka.
It’s not meant to be eaten all at once — it’s prepared in a big pot and lasts for several days in the fridge. You can think of the base as a kind of salad. When serving, just put some of this “salad” into a deep plate/bowl and pour kvass (or kefir) over it.

Here, in Finland kvass is pretty rare, but kefir is easy to find — it’s called piimä. If you’re lucky, some "Estonian” branded small stores sometimes have proper kvass also

I always thought Kvass is b.eer. 
Not exactly) it is a drink made of black bread but a bit similar. Kvass and kefir have both 1% alc.

I don’t really see the problen here. Sure, Miranette had a break for a while, but as far as I can see she is online now, after a bit of “Maintenance”, which is a common thing here in VHTV.
