Some mentioned here that he will report Stifler putting the apt offline (so that his friends can have their daily “glucose”). Just a guess. That may be one of the reasons.

Imagine paying for a service and it gets cut off because someone is banned from Cams - he should be at the DOHH

Probably on his records: violence episodes, shutting down places intentionally frequently, cams issues with guests all the time
