Funny really how different people from other countries view temperature.
We have often been to Spain and Italy in the winter months and find it warm enough for sun bathing and swimming yet the locals seem to dress as though it is freezing

I’m in NY - I didn’t think Italy even HAD a winter. Northern Italy in the mountains, maybe. Dunno where Hector and Marla are, maybe in the northern end.
Yes, we’ll miss Marla sunning herself.

Well they don’t compared to us, i’m in the UK.
Though i think the mountainous area’s do see a bit of snow.

Absolutely true, expecially here we don’t have what you call winter
here the problem is the wind, out is sunny, and TBH temperature is higher than expected (not a good sign, usually meane when it comes it comes hard) but wind here arrive rollind down the mountain, and it’s damn cold.
also it’s wind, so the more you stay under it, more cold you became.
same for the wall of the house.
