It was good to see them visit and then you guys had some tasty BBQ steak. It looked so good I could almost smell it from here. Your terrace looks great this year. The work you guys put into it was very worth while. Well done

Olive oil, better if extra virgin Olive Oil
lemon juice (a lot)
proportion oil/lemon 1/2
Lemon (closed)
standard seasoning dry herbs (laurel, rosemary, garlic)
FRESH rosemary, one piece for every piece of chicken, i use the leg after having the bone removed but skin still on, it’s better that way
then, you mix oil and lemon youice and put in a bowl
you put a piece of chicken THEN the seeasoning and then rub it, you place a piece of rosemary and grate abundant lemon peel. NO SALT in this phase.
then you go on, placing piece of chicken like lasagna good wet with the lemon and oil, and followind always the same procedure.
push the chicken hard, so you can submerge without so much liquid and also it open good
repeat until chicken end, then slice the lemon you have grated till that moment and place the slice around it.
leave it to marinate, the more the merrier
when you put it on bbw you want to have 2 zone with hot carbon, the biggest you need to cook, and you can use the second to place the residuum oil on it (it you have a bbq who can be closed it adds aroma)
Cook till it’s cooked, raw chicken is dangerous but don’t let the flame dry it (if it’s marinated good it’s difficult, cause is soaked, but better safe then sorry)
eat hot

I must admit, I was wondering where your pool might be as I seem to remember seeing it before. Maybe that one was actually a hot tub, if I remembered it correctly? Anyway, it will be good to see a pool there.
it goes nearly on the same posiion, if you look the new camera in the newer screenshot it takes most part of the pool
maybe a meter or a meter and half to the right
