it’s a RGB strip, red is so cool becose have no refection (also i love it)

I use a ring light (the kind you see being used by some people on sites such as YouTube but I don’t use it for the same reason that they do) and I find that green is a really good colour to use. Particularly good at night, as it is extremely restful on my eyes. Not sure what it would do for you though, in terms of reducing the reflections that you were talking about earlier.
My main hobby is Photoshop based picture editing so the green colour is not good for that, as it creates an unnatural look (a rather obvious green colour cast) on my images I am editing. I find that natural daylight is best in that situation.

Personally i love blue light for working and red/purple for gaming.

Which version do you use and how do you use it? Mine is the current version (2023, launched in October). I use it for photo editing and restoration of images. I also love picture compositing - placing elements from different pictures into one final image, as if that was how in looked at the beginning. By “elements”, I mean such things as mountains, sky and also PEOPLE (maybe replacing someone in an original image or simply putting them where they did not appear to begin with)…various things like that.
Honestly, the things we can do in Photoshop are endless! The only limit, is one’s own imagination.
i use 2023 too, i love to compose (usually i compose hot image with marla, but not only that)
i also do some banner and other thing for my project, i’m not SO sk__led but i have learn a trick or two in the years (i start usign graphic tool with corwl draw, so it’s not really yesterday xD)
