If you have had all your vaccinations should be no worry at all.
I caught it a few weeks ago and had a sore throat and cough for about a week and that was all. Felt a bit washed out for the next week and that was it.

It takes a bit of picking out and the shade doesn’t help. The only reason I knew it was there was that I saw Hector cooking on it a while back.
