Ok, are ducks drawn to terraces and garden areas during bad weather like this? I mean to seek shelter or something like that?

I simply meant because of all the pools (not the actual pool but the ones created by the rain on the pool cover) of water laying around. It was a joke! :duck: :open_umbrella:

Aha, I didn’t get it then

On the other hand, perhaps best not to talk about this again, ever… :joy:

Just don’t get James Veitch involved with all this duck talk.

Well all I will add is, haven’t you heard the typical (very common) English expression ‘lovely weather for ducks’? It’s simply a way of talking about the fact it’s raining at the time it is being used. If you have, that should explain perfectly, my previous comment about ducks coming to the garden.

I am familiar with a few English expressiond and puns, but this one is new to me. As a non-native English speaker, it’s sometimes hard to keep up when you guys take off. Well, at least I learned somrhing new today, which is always good

I do love summer time outfits that Marla has,

But if she is over heating, I fully support her removing them.
