and the first thing I did but nothing to do I even tried changing browsers but I still don’t see it…

this is the response from support: Probably, tenants from the realm30 decided to block the possibility of viewing their realm from your country.

Unlikely that they would have done that as (to my knowledge), they have never done that before…have they? I know it can be done on a certain well known camera broadcast site but I am not sure how one can do that on here or if it is even possible.

I’d call that a great big pile of bullshit. Not even a definitive answer. Just a “probably” because they couldn’t be bothered to actually find out anything for certain and they’re just guessing.

from italy if you do not have a subscription, the flat does not appear in the list… (the problem is that now, again from italy, even if you have a subscription, the flat still does not appear)

I logged out then changed my IP address and chose one from France and the flat appears in the list…

lo fatto mi hanno risposto che probabilmente dall’italia l’appartamento non compare e questo e vero perchè senza abbonamento l’appartamento dall’italia non lo vedi…quando ero un abbonato premium l’appartamento lo vedevo adesso che ho rinnovato pero ho fatto l’abbonamento standard l’appartamento non lo vedo forse devi essere un abbonato premium per potervi vedere…
