Ah a vintage picture of the stunning Flora. Those were the good old days. I miss those times dearly. I can’t even remember that last time a plate or cup has been hurled across the room.

Thanks for the recipie @Flora. Going to try that. I make my own sourdough bread, so will use some of the starter to make my own pita!
In return, try this as an accompaniment . Boil some small potatoes (don’t peel) till soft, let them cool while you add finely chopped red onion, mint and a few caraway seeds to mayonnaise. Gently crush (not mash) the warm potatoes and mix in the dressing. Serve with some crispy bacon and or onion sprinkled on top
