Do they have a fixed IP?
That’s actually what you don’t get, Vhtv doesn’t have any responsibility for the internet issues that some apartments might have. As a fact, there are over 40 apartments online now, if it was Vhtv’s problem, we couldn’t watch any, no ?

Everything would be solved if they just said:
We are having some problems with the broadcasting of some apartments. We hope to have everything solved within 48 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A service that is offered 24/7, 365 days a year, saying that we don’t work on weekends doesn’t go down well. It’s a big middle finger.

The thing is if they wanted to VHTV can see information that could help them towards who has multiple accounts on the forum so it’s daft to even try doing it

Again, first-line support is always online. If needed, second-line techs can help -
but everybody else is available only if it’s urgent.
One apartment offline isn’t an emergency for a full weekend call. Techs also need their time off

Yes it’s always the same answers, no one is responsible for anything, I know that they don’t control the internet, but it’s probably they who make the equipment for the apartments available, it’s probably not the internet that’s the problem here either!
No, they don’t, Vhtv is just a streaming platform, all the equipment is provided either by the managers/studios or by the participants themselves

This is correct. There are some standards encouraged by VHTV but in the end each apartment is reponsible for itself regarding using equipment.
Then I got a little wiser, but I still can’t understand what expertise the paticipant and managers have to dedicate that the equipment is capable of this size apartment complex, are they being given or is it just the chance.
Well some of the participants are of course skilled with setting up things. The managers of that place are in the project since beginning of 2017. So you can say they know what they are doing. But you are right this is their biggest project so far.
