He is having the time of his life! I’ve seen comments referring to him as a mouse, he looks more like a rat to me.
I am no expert. The difference is simply the size? I always thought a rat is big and meh and a mouse is small and cute. So I would say mouse he is

yeah some mice can get really big. I had a proper huge mouse once. almost rat sized.
Most mice I have seen are half the size of Pizduk.
