But I agree most fixes can be done by participants directly. Waiting for approvement from managers is not always necessary when the fix is very obvious and quickly done.
Markus (realm 39) was living proof of this. He made the whole thing very easy!

I agree because when someone bangs into the camera it moves the camera in whatever direction it ends up so just a rotate will fix it. I’m not sure what the managers has to do so approval is not needed.

I should clarify, I didn’t speak to Markus BEFORE got involved with sorting out the issue in his own apartment, Only after, to thank him for doing so.

No, no…I just wanted to mention it because of something I had said previously. I reread that and even I found it a tad misleading. 
Nothing was misleading for me i understood you fully i was just saying it would be better in future to just pm the participants or post it because if we can pm them all i would ever want to talk to them about would be the camera angles because they are always slipping.

Yes, very frustrating trying to work out if Mars is naked (quite often, it turns out he is ) when sitting at the computer, with it blocking the view!
Also, same apartment (Jessi and Mars) camera 10 is often blocked by the bathroom door being left open. I think I will put a request into support to get that corrected.
You can put two requests into one ticket. So you can sent yours and @ian request

The problem with this cam in the living room is also the guy who almost lives there now. He always stands in front of it.

Problem: Camera moved by tenant
Solution: Turn the cam as it was before
Cam: Dylan & Kylara realm 59 - Living room (cam 5)
Problem: The camera is set up incorrectly.
Solution: Align the camera and turn the camera a little down
