like i said in the begging of this discussion i dont know the full facts .and as such had to draw up my own ,maybe i was wrong ,but i still think things could of been handles differently like 3 strikes and your out , maybe he did get warnings something we will never know . but lets finish on a positive note , these are just my opinions and rely on admin going about things in the correct manner then everything will be hunky dory
i better calm my exuberance down a tad on matters of discaplinary actions then , my passion for this site to be successfull holds no boundaries .so sometimes i come across as the instagator of problems and that is not the case
Being civil and friendly is easy and adult content at this forum is not a reason to be rude to others.
As for the disciplinary actions, should we talk about you running the second account while the other one was good and fine until you decided to switch?

Just pure interest. I have already stated that there is no BIG problem with multiple accounts, unless those are used as sock-puppets. We know very well how sometimes users mess up their VHTV accounts/emails and how that reflects at VHTV Forum experience.
In addition, you can remember I also stated that even with one account banned, we would definitely allow the user to return the forum with new VHTV Subscription under new account if they want to, until they cross the line again and loose another account. This is just a simple measure to at least filter out the most retarded trolls we can possible run into here someday.
if you would kindly give me access to my original account of which i have forgot my login details to i would love to get back in under my old appellation . infact you will see if its possible that i did more than my fairshare of involvement in the forum under my previous account

Just been reading many posts and i was shocked to read, and has been admitted now, that our Private Messages are in fact not as private as we had thought but can be read by VH at the slightest whim or whatever reason they decide to make up at any time.
If someone is going to the extent of abusing you in private then place them on ignore.
Don’t know what more to say apart from being very surprised that our privacy is being a___ed in this way.
It’s self-explanatory that it is not possible at the altar of freedom of speech someone can take advantage of it & use offensive words , everything must have a limit !!
However before that happens We have to respect each others which it is basic in order not to end up insulting someone. For This when someone mentions an opinion or
suggestion in the Forum or anything else… is not offensive against anyone to be able the members to express they self without the fear someone with inelegant way considers the Discussion Forum is exclusively belong to a member, who thinks knows everything & immediately insults or treat with contempt or consider to be ridiculous. This must first be eliminated, so that we don’t end up using vulgar words.
Again… of course the insults that have nothing to do with freedom of speech & they affect the reputation of a member clearly must be penalized !!
Where would you prefer to be insulted then? Only asking 
When user makes a screenshot and sends complaint it really stops being private since we can see it on a pic 
actually m8 in defence of VHTV and im not one to do that often .i think in the case in question i think the person who reseived the said messages actually shared them with admin . i dont believe they have the option to read our private messages

When someone sends you (VH) a complaint it obviously isn’t private as it will be seen by the complaint staff so not sure what your point is there.
My point was,so it seems,is that Private messages are not private at all in reality, well we have just found that out anyway.
Sounds as though too many members are becoming a bunch of b___dy fairies, they need to grow some balls and either fight back or put the offender on ignore.
This is a public forum not a kindergarden so it is obvious you will get clashes of personalities and differences of opinion.
I am quite capable of defending myself without any help from rules or anybody else interfering as and when they think they should.
But to hear now that private messages can be spied on etc etc is just a step too far for me, may as well get the jackboots out and do a proper job 
That’s one function i will never use again as you, as an organisation, have now become untrustworthy i am sorry to say.

Well they will always do what they want to do irrespective of what we may think.
Funnily i have never been subject to the boot so would be a new experience for me i suppose but hey ho such is life eh, full of up and downs eh.
