In my non-english environment it used to be “fancy” to use english terms and also have english language tattoos.

The first part I agree with, they are very old friends in the sense of since a long time.
And they lived the wild years with Henry in body-contact. They know exactly how he is, and they accept that. Henry is a love him or hate him guy, and he doesn’t give a flying fock about who hates him. He thinks " get lost, there are others for both you and me " JMO
