Nothing. It is obvious that he doesn’t own the apartment. Jabs said that he might not want to own one as the conditions over there might change and he might decide to leave. That’s when i said that even if he leaves, he can still rent the apartment to someone else. That’s all

I don`t know if Henry will leave to be honest. I will believe it when I see it… 
It was probably set offline out of respect for those who helped to move. I think there will be a final update when the apartment is emptied! JMO
