If he owned it he wouldnât be putting the apartment back to how it was initially when he moved in.

you would not believe how much stuff people bring home from here and there.
A friend of mine says If I buy a new thing, an old thing has to go, because in my job, I can get orders to move to a different location on short notice, and I have only one container allowence to move, so my stuff can not become more.
