En effet, les énergies ne coûtent pas chère en Russie. Les lumières restent souvent allumées et le chauffage doit être au maximum. Ils sont très souvent totalement nus, pour notre plus grand plaisir, et les fenêtres sont régulièrement ouvertes. Le réchauffement climatique n’est pas d’actualité en Russie.
