The guy is definitely a drug dealer. Evelyn and her brunette friend invited him to the apartment.
The apartment is offline. I do hope Carolyn & co will cut ties with Evelyn.

Instead of taking the apartment offline for hours these kind of guests should be banned from the apartment directly.

I agree but the issue here is that the guy clearly said he didnât want to leave. You donât know what can happen in these situations and nobody want to see something unfortunate happening on camera.
Taking the camera temporary and then banning the guest is the correct approach imo. But the problem here is that the guy was apparently âinvitedâ by Evelyn, not by Gevorg, or Carolyn. Evelyn is too much of a liability.

i would first remove evelyn from the project and ban the others who were involved. if i were a manager, i would consider suing them because they have caused me a possible loss of earnings.

Well, obviously that has happened before. So they should have already been banned from entering any VHTV apartment. Everybody ignoring that ban, should be kicked off the project immediately without further discussion.
