All fines have done is create fear in the managers and tenants, and rather then risk it they just play twister, ping pong, and sit in front of a cam. Fines aren’t needed, just cut the apt off for x amount of time, AND not just because 1 person sends a ticket.

We are working to separate webcam models and their apartments into a separate site. Unfortunately, this is not a quick process, but as soon as we can quickly and technologically create new sites similar to the existing one, the first thing we will do is to allocate webcam apartments into a separate site.

Unfortunately, we cannot rely only on the tickets of our subscribers, we have to monitor what is happening in all apartments 24/7. This is a very expensive process, so we need a tool that will contain such manifestations. like violence, d__g use and the occurrence of c___dren in apartments. All other activities are not subject to penalties, and all managers and participants are aware of this. It feels like you haven’t heard anything about covid-19. All the countries that you have listed are the most unfavorable in this regard.

You asked for a construct - here’s a realistic construct:
- Introduce guest/party fines. Small. Moreover, it is quite possible that they will give you a relatively large amount of money. It’s like microtransactions in FTP games. It’s easier to sell 10x50 than 1x500.
- Make programmers efforts to possibilities remove illegal content without shutting down apartments.
