Yeah for sure. Of course. I do not think the nationality makes a difference. People are people. But maybe there is some way to improve the casting process overall a bit? So the lazy and shy people are sorted out more early.

In this respect, we have just high competition between managers. It is simply unprofitable to keep ineffective people. That is, if you see some people on our site long enough, they pay off for their managers, that is, they are watched by a lot of paid users.

I support your idea if it were for a regular apartment. Try something new. Open something new in an exotic place. India. South Africa. Brazil. Diversity is great.
However, I’m not a big fan of the vacation concept. It’s one of the reasons RLC can be so lame and silly.

but back to the point. you have competition every while with prizes up to 3000 $ the winer is calculated by time viewing and thats wrong cause we get lot of clickbaits, so i think is unfair. so to fix this issue and to replace the donation button, give to every subscriber 30 tokens per month FOR FREE and the subscriber can decide where to donate them and when so, apartments with most of the tokens wins the prize, the tokens are valid only for a month, well you can think how this can be beneficial and will also k__l all the clickbaits. -
apartments with lowest views can be locked out of the project for a week, so no earnings for a week it will be a big hit, thus will make all the couch lovers and pussy to cam and 20 hours s___ping people to pick their asses to do something entertaining, cause now seems that whatever income they make is enough to keep them doing nothing.

loosen up with all the fines, fines goes to your pocket, so you see here we have a motivation to throw fines, and also scares tenants to try to do something interesting. you can say anything you want about this subject but at the end the only winer of this is vhtv.

when i hear a tenant saying “i made 30 $ just by s___ping” and “125 $ just by walking naked” ask your self why would they do any effort for change when doing nothing pays very well? the system simply need some corection.

Good points. I disagree with nr. 2 though. Offline time is an even worse penalty than fines. It punishes the viewers who actually like that apartment more than it actually teaches the tenants.

You misunderstand the meaning of this competition, we needed it to stimulate the activity we need on free amers. We have already solved the problem with the competition in a different way. It will no longer be there, there is another way to stimulate the activity we need.
We do not recruit models. This is done by independent managers who build their own business on this. We cannot turn off arbitrary apartments, because this is contrary to our agreements with them. All I can recommend here is just don’t look at these apartments. The fewer people watch them, the less benefit they have to be here.
It’s clear that some subs want the tenants to be pressured into providing more sex action via some means of incentive or threat of punishment. That’s fucking sick IMHO. These are people not chicken at the carnival.
A voyeur site and voyeur tenants should be trying their best to provide an exciting experience for the audience while at the same time maintaining the illusion that the cams aren’t there. It’s the tenants who cheat and blatantly work the cams like a cash machine, who should be shunned.

Unfortunately the pussy in the cam trick and camming unfairly pulls views away from tenants who respect the basic concept of voyeurism. And then the real life type tenants have to leave cause the benefits fail them.
And then you get more manager directed action and cam workers types to replace them.

You are mistaken, the fines were just going to award the competition (which has now been abolished, and yes, the fines will NOW go into our pockets). There are penalties because sometimes members do things that can lead to a refusal on the part of payment services to cooperate with us. You probably know a similar story related to pornhub. For the project, this will mean immediate death, since, unlike pornhub, we do not make money from advertising. The fines are meant to stop these things. If you have an idea how to do it differently - please, I would love to hear your ideas.
Once again, I will say that we are not engaged in hiring models. And, yes, you are wrong, there is an interest in porn actors
And once again - we are always glad to new managers. You can also join the project. What’s stopping you? You have so many ideas. The problem is that most of the ideas that seem ingenious to their author are either not at all such, or are not feasible within reasonable budgets.
