Franchise and geo expansion

Come on, tell me how to do it right.

I hope that you are right :crossed_fingers:t3: But I fear it is not so. Itā€™s not just that it is slower times right now, the apartments and the people who just liked to have fun are actually gone from the project. The managers have moved on from them. Now they want to play it safe, and only recruit predictable and boring people.

Competition is one thing. I honestly donā€™t think a good party apartment would have any trouble competing with the chaturbate places when it comes to viewership. The problem is the unreasonably high penalties for the tenants who actually do create amazing real life content. Doing a camshow studio all day long is never going to cause you any problems. Meanwhile, having guests and parties is always going to be combined with a risk of something unpredictable happening. Penalties, fines and offline time.

There are so many who are no longer with the project now. As a fan of male participants in particular, I miss the likes of Jacob (previously from realm 16) and Patrik (canā€™t remember the realm number). They made watching, just that little bit more funā€¦good times!

It is very easy, that the contestants have a competition = motivation to do something. A ā€œprizeā€

Yes good point. But there might other people out there not being like the ones you mentionedā€¦

I do think too this is a factor slowing down or preventing partiesā€¦

Dear friend, from the very beginning the project works according to the following principle - which of the participants has more people and more time to watch, that gets more money. In fact, the site is just a distributor of the prize between the participants. So your ā€œsimpleā€ idea has already been implemented for a long time.

The project was a good idea, unfortunately itā€™s mainly in russian, and many of them just donā€™t understand what the members are talking about and so on. 3 years ago it was very interesting to see how the whole thing developed ā€¦ Unfortunately, many good couples are never there ā€¦ The reasons for this are different, but like much in real life, itā€™s all about money ā€¦

I think there should be some (financial) motivation from the company coming to managers to try out new things. When the financial risk for them is lower for trying out better cams or opening a big party house there will be more interesting and also different places.

Of course, we motivate our managers to open apartments in different locations. The problem is mainly in the margin they can get in Russia or Ukraine, or in UK, US, Canada, etc. This can be a 3-4 times difference.

Yes for sure. Wouldnā€™t it be cool to have a big party house where participants go to on vacation? Like RLC has? Just a spicier VHTV version of it :innocent: :fire: Or try some really different things. I am sure a house direct on the sea with private beach would be amazing.

If according to you the idea is implemented they do not seem very motivated. Why do you stick with contestants who donā€™t contribute anything?

From the very beginning of the project, we have been trying to do something like that. But our statistics say that such an apartment will not pay off.

As before, you donā€™t see any positive. You are constantly generalizing, and only in a negative way. I do not think that this direction of the conversation can be constructive.

Will be expensive for sure. But maybe number of subscribers will increase. Or start a bit smaller. A place in a warm location where some outdoor pool parties are possible all year would be nice. You can start with a small one to test acceptance. Can be the size of realm31 house or even a bit smaller

He is only complaining not making suggestions for improvementsā€¦

The fact is that the Voer House does not open the apartment. This is done only by our franchisees. This is done so that we do not have a conflict of interest. So we ourselves cannot do something like that. We only manage the technical side of the project. All work on renting apartments and attracting participants is carried out by independent franchisees.

I wrote about this

Yes so it is on you to motivate the managers to be more letā€™s say ā€œdaringā€ As I said before. Or find managers with new cool ideas. PS: I am ready to help when you find people in Germany one day :grinning:

I was in Germany. I think this is x3 to the operating cost.
