I don’t think this is a situation they want. I know there is no penalty unless they close it themselves.
if so that’s why they all do what they want so much they will go unpunished but we will pay their salaries
everyone here to show their sex life must relate with finance reason，i don’t think not get paid is good idea， but if offline with ridiculous reason all the time， the appropriate fine may help the policy operate properly
Not sure how it work in all your countries, but if someone has a technical issue, isp etc. that requires a technician to come by, it is usually not something that happens the same day, or especially in the evening. (Remember different timezones and such).
Unless it is a major corporation that it happens too, and they probably pay big bucks for that service.

enough defenses in these 4 or 5 days he has always had problems and never solved them, so think a bit instead of talking about technicians
We do not pay any of their salaries. Especially for the time when the apartment is offline.
They only generate views (money) when the apartment is online and people are watching, therefore it doesn’t make sense for them to put the apartment offline in purpose.

ok, but you only follow some units and these are offline, they won’t take the salary but you pay a subscription

right, so a new camera, modem etc just appears out of thin air where you come from?
DO take in mind, all these apartments are from “eastern countries” (can you expect same service and availability" there as in western countries.? you might but we dont know.
You are paying to watch about 40 apartments not just 1, so find another if you have issues .

When something like that happens, although it is extremely unlikely that all are offline in the same time, i tend to watch other apartments, the archive or have a welcomed break.
This is one of the main reasons i never buy more than a month. If nothing suits me anymore, i can easily have a break

Of course it’s your business.
You only get a real problem when the apartment (or the participant) leaves the project. What do you do then?
