Sie geht mindestens in der Woche 5-10x Offline! Gestern bzw heut Nacht zweimal. Wer kauft ihr den Scheiss noch ab ? Schalten einfach ab wenn Ihnen was nicht passt !
Do people do it consciously, or could it also be technical problems?

Ich glaube die tuen es bewusst . Die Ausreden wie technische Probleme oder Wartung daran glaub ich nicht . Zumal es immer die selben Leute sind

Not sure how it work in all your countries, but if someone has a technical issue, isp etc. that requires a technician to come by, it is usually not something that happens the same day, or especially in the evening. (Remember different timezones and such).
Unless it is a major corporation that it happens too, and they probably pay big bucks for that service.
