I am not sure and i don’t want to defend or accuse anyone, but if it was something that managers could fix, it was done remotely and back running in the same day. As it wasn’t the case and she cameback online on a Vhtv working day, i am more tempted to believe that it was something that needed a fix from Vhtv side maybe ? Just my opinion on this.
