I see Adrian Newey, is going to tale a back seat as such at Aston Martin, and work on the problems with the car instead of being it’s principal.
The current Principal at Audi, will take over at some point.

Just seen his smiling face, as he’s got pole.
I honestly thought that after the Nicki Lauda crash at the 1976 WDC, the track got un-licenced and mothballed.
It’s clear that Verstappen is thrilled about the pole. It might be his last one for quite some time. 
I don’t know if the Nürburgring was even closed back then.
Only the Nordschleife was no longer used in Formula 1 races. It’s only used for endurance races to accommodate all the different classes.
And for amateur drivers who regularly wreck their cars there because they underestimate the fast corners. That’s always a crowd-pleaser.

Strange reason fur a DQ. I wouldn’t have thought Max would break a serious rule like that.
Max won’t have to count the tires. The team has to do that. There’s actually someone whose job it is to handle tire management.
I know, but I would’ve thought someone would be counting the pit stops to avoid that.
But that’s how it is as they say.
Watching a Formula E race for the 1st time, it’s a Spanish GP. But a few famous F1 faces have popped up, Carlos Sainz snr, Juan Pablo Montoya & Rubens Barrichello. And an ex F1 driver as well Nick De Vries, can’t remember who he drove for before he got the boot.
de Vries made his Formula One debut as test/reserve driver with Williams then Mercedes then McLaren and Aston Martin,the former at the 2022 Italian Grand Prix as a substitute for Alexander Albon After scoring a points finish on his debut, he joined AlphaTauri but was replaced by Daniel Ricciardo after ten rounds.
