Congratulations Piastri. I wouldn’t have expected that. And a good job from Norris too, on 4. Very good! You couldn’t expect that either, as I expected the Mercedes to be much stronger.

1st look at Madring, looks like there is more overtaking opportunities at Monaco then this track, I don’t think that chicane will last long in the plans either

Looks like a very fast track with very few opportunities to overtake to me.

The banked curve looks interesting. Let’s see if it stays that way. But that one chicane seems like hell.

Most of the socalled modern Hermann Tilke designed tracks are sadly not made for much overtaking.

So it will probably be another exciting qualifying session. Who will be on the front row? Judging by start winner, race winner. Unless the stratigy is screwed up. It also looks like a murderous track for the tires
