From Hülkenberg’s point of view, I would throw in the towel and retire. The Sauber is not competitive. Too bad for him.
too early for that, no need to, that would be not fair to the other driver at the moment, if there is a big difference in performance od championship points it is early enough to give an adavantage to one of them
let’s wait what they will do next year, too early to drop any conclusions
if he would step out now, then for sure no seat for him next year with all the new cars and rules

I agree with you that it’s certainly too early in the season to pick a number 1 driver at Mc Laren. But when is the right time. I actually see Norris in the foreground to become world champion at Mc Laren. But he still makes too many small mistakes for that. At the moment Norris and Piastri are on a par. And are taking points away from each other. And Max is simply too good a driver not to take advantage of these small mistakes.
As far as Hülkenberg is concerned, it’s definitely the case that he will never give up as a racing driver, he simply loves being a racing driver too much. I just meant that it must be frustrating at the moment when you’re not in the race, but perhaps just an obstacle. (To exaggerate)
