Just few lines further up it says very clearly that neither of them moved and kept the steering very neutral. Which was also seen from the Sainz’s cockpit camera. Sadly, we haven’t got the same vid from Perez’s one.
P.S. if you check the track, that’s how it is after turn 2, the racing line goes slightly to the left, Perez instead, kept driving straight (this confused me and i said he moved right), clearly didn’t wanted to let Sainz go on the racing line and get the sleepstream from Leclerc, although Perez was clearly behind and he had a better view

The reason for the incident between Sainz and Perez was before the corner, where Perez tried to overtake Leclerc, where he was clearly ahead.
should Leclerc still have a penalty for not letting Perez pass him?

The answer to that is no. Because what happened when Leclerc made the pass was legitimate.

What the fuck has Leclerc to do with what happened between Perez and Sainz ? Perez brake late, missed the apex and went too wide on turn 1. That led to Leclerc and Sainz passing him. There wasn’t anything wrong there, no touches, nothing

What rules i’m adding ? There wasn’t anything wrong on turn 1. Perez came from the outside, brake late and couldn’t get the apex before Leclerc. Nothing wrong happened there

Why not better saying that Perez had one chance to finish in front of Max all this season and (as normal) he fucked it up ?
