as a true english man , i can honestly say . this was englands hardest test yet , and its just a shame there had to be a winner and looser , i would have accepted a replay at fulltime instead of 30 more mins in that humidity ,

They’re the only ones that, realistically, can stop France from winning this World Cup.
But they need to play a much better football than what they did against Belgium. A much, much, much better one.

Congratulations to England!
It was a good and fair game. Both teams played well, but England drew the longest straw in the end. Still a historical match for Norway. We’ve just a kid on the world football stage. And we’ver never gotten this far in the World Cup before. And we got beaten with honour. England had to work for this one!
To all my English friends, we’re mates again. The only question that remains, should I buy you a drink to celebrate the victory, or you buy me a drink to console me
