You are both right and wrong at the same time. Not everyone thinks this is normal. There are a lot of dissatisfied people. It is important to understand whether this is from shyness in front of the cameras, or this is the norm in the moment. Therefore, we are careful about the penalties in this matter, and the penalties are not large. As for the guests, it is the responsibility of the apartment owners to explain to the guests what is happening here, what is allowed and what is not.
I really don’t get why this huge discussion is even taking place, the VH product is there for everyone to see. The participants do have a duty to display sex, nudity etc the guests not so much but you can’t fine people for not doing stuff when you specifically want them too, spontaneity is what this is about and if there are “dry” spells then tough luck I say.As is well documented on here real voyeurism is illegal and VH is as close as you are ever going to get to " watching" people in their homes but surely you can’t want participants fined or warned because they are not doing something when you want them to and IMO you are subscribing to the wrong type of website. If you want sex on demand there are plenty websites out there.JMO
There have to be rules, otherwise anyone can do what they want
Agree to that. Without rules nothing is working.
I agree, this is a project that bets on uninhibition, it’s the basis, so there must be rules, who doesn’t appreciate it, there are always other projects like big brother
Now I understand why some of the guests, continue with the same behavior, the explanation is the low value of the fines.
There are no fines for guests.
Yes that’s the problem, the fines corresponding to the participants, because of the behavior of the guests, are low, I explained myself wrong
I can understand fines for something like violence, d__gs or similar and have no problems if they get fined if they v_____e such rules. But a fine for sex under covers is really too much, no matter if that’s shyness or whatever. Also, i interpretate @VHTV_CEO answers that way, that the tenants can potentially be fined even for guest, that have sex under covers. I thnk, this only leads to tenants being even more carefull who they bring to their apartment or not. When i read about fines like that it does not surprise me anymore, that some of the apartments have practically no guests at all.
Yeh rules for misdemeanours I totally agree with but as I understand it you reckon there should be a fining system in place for performance or lack of by the participants(not guests). If that’s the case then I personally completely disagree with it.
I don’t think there are fines for guests. I think @VHTV_CEO got misunderstood here.
You are mistaken, there are no guests for other reasons, which I have already mentioned on the pages of the forum. Basically it is piracy, with the video available to everyone.
I also want to note that fines are imposed on the franchisee, not on the participants. Once again, we approach these fines carefully and deliberately.
Any plan you can share with us to counter this? I had the idea to give every video in archives a digital watermark corresponding to the user who is watching. So when illegally downloaded it will be clear who was the one who uploaded it. This way it’s possible to dry out the source for the pirate site.
i totally disagree! Guests are not participants and the level that they cause fines should be rather high. If they do not block or change the camera view, take no d__gs or are violent, there should be no fine at all. Actually, i would not even fine the participants for much more than this. Ask yourself: Would i invite someone if i had to be afraid to be fined, if they do something wrong? I would certainly not take the risk. It doesn’t surprise me to see, that some apartments do practically have no guests at all if i read of such potential fines.
I respect the opinion, but I do not agree, the guests also have to have rules, otherwise they do what they want, remember that they are in an apartment, with cameras, in a project of voyeur and disinhibition, allow the stay without any kind of rules, opens dangerous exceptions, that distorts the project, is my opinion
You can’t fine guests as they have at first nothing to do with VHTV other than giving their consent to be filmed and broadcasted.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t help much. Pirates use shared accounts, steal access to them, etc. We close one way, they find a new one. This is a battle between armor and bullets, and the bullet wins so far But we do not stop fighting.
So what do you call the non-residents in the apartments
Yes I see. But I appreciate you trying and not giving you up. You may have lost a battle but not the war #KeepFighting
Guests of course…
