Vladimir Putin has recognised the two breakaway regions of Ukraine of their independance and has ordered a peacekeeping operation in the two reigions.
I guess I beat Twitter. Nothing to be happy about in this case…
Well I do not think there will be much resistance as therer are no Ukrainian troops in Luhansk and Donetsk. That is exactly what I predicted. A military operation in these areas.
But the first victim of such a conflict is always the truth.
Not me either, I have many friends from Ukraine living here in Poland and god only knows how they are feeling.

No it’s calm at the moment and the mobilsation is precuationary - the coming few days will decide what will happen.
My friends in Kyiv are saying life is carrying on as normal at the moment.

Here in the news we hear people from Kyiv say things like: “This has been going on for the last 6, 8 years. This is no surprise.” I wish everybody can ceep calm like them.
This sums it up pretty well.
On Sunday I shagged a lovely middle age Ukrainian woman I met on the FD dating site and to my amazement, she is pro-Russian. I also give her one up her ass. She was not happy about it. I will meet with her again next Sunday, and if she has not changed her mind, she will get the same treatment.
