If you send a report to support they will reboot it. 
i sent a ticket to support about the kitchen camera yesterday and its till not fixed
In the email that you received you can send them another reply and ask them for an update or explanation why it hasn’t been fixed, you will get a canned response, but you should get a personal reply later. If not pester them again and again.
Just checked and the kitchen cams are working.
Okay, that may take a little time to sort as the normal process is that they send a message to the manager and then they pass it on to the participant and I am guessing that maybe because it’s the weekend there may be some delay for it to be adjusted.
I will keep an eye on it and if it is still the same tomorrow lunchtime then I will send them a message myself, but I carry no more importance than anyone else, so all I can do is to hassle them.
