Yet they speak Russian! There are Russian speakers I guess in the former +2 Soviet states that border Russia.

Idk I was trying to think of a logical reason for why they used half a roll of clear packing tape to mount the camera to the wall.
Now that I think of it if they used old gum instead of tape the results would have at least been more astatically pleasing.
