How about providing stats or sources to prove your point of that the business model is working, has no weaknesses, needing no changes, and not even needing discussions about it weaknesses?

But that is not the point here:
Again: If VHTV sees a problem they would adapt. If that is not the case everything is fine for them.
Did you do a survey? Can you show us the results?
How about letting Vhtv management team making that statement if that s the case?
The proof is that they did not change it for more than 8 years.
I am sure the administration is discussing about it a lot if they managed to stay in business for so long

So you are telling me big companies like Google, Amazon etc should stop discussing changes and improving because they are managing to stay in businessā¦
I showed you a stat where viewers reduced by half in 2 years. Your only argument is they are not out of businessā¦

Google and Amazon did not change their business a lot. Only added new branches and slightly adapting.
Right if it was something worrying for the administration they would adapt to it.
It is business. The good models survive, the bad ones fail. (Just like the apartments on VHTV )

Of course feedback is important. And it needs to be evaluated.
But no business oriented company would implement feedback if they know they wonāt have any benefit because of it.
How can they know they wonāt hae any benefit because of it? Have they implanted it before? Can you back up your claims?
There is something like market research and market monitoring evey good administration should do to avoid investing in things which bring no revenue.
How about actually discussing the feedback in here, trying to evaluate instead of coming and basically saying no need to discuss anything or raise issues and potential problems because the company is not out of business, is still running?

My reply is that they might implement it if they see high demand by subscribers leaving the site or other indications they get from market monitoring and research.
I do not mind if they implement it the way the UX and UI is not impacted in a bad way.
So, what is your point? Are you saying thereās no point in discussing any issues because VHTV would have addressed them if they were problematic, no matter what the arguments are?
