Did (Do) You Know

Norway is also one of the most loyal EU implemented directives followers. Even though Norway is socalled outside of the EU. :fire:

At least that is something the US and Europe agree on.
Then we see that it is mostly the old English areas and Japan that are “left” :upside_down_face:

Driving Orientation By Country

In the countries, where they drive on the left, driving on the right could be gradually established: start with all heavy goods vehicle and after a while the others.

I’ve never known how that come about, because as far as I know apart from Canada, all Commonwealth countries drive on the left, and that includes the now Chinese territory of Hong Kong.

China also has left-hand drive.

Sweden also did have left hand drive. Until september 3 1967. Then they left the concept. Instead they implemented right hand drive. To fit the pattern of the other nordic countries. :hugs:

Makes sense, because you’d end with a set crossovers like on the railway that use points to switch from one track to another. when you left Sweden to go into another European couintry.

The Republic of Ireland, still drive on the left, even though they became independent from the UK in the 1960’s.

Like in Norway. The ladies do tend to take their breasts further in the age between let us say 25 to 35. Further up in the age scale they tend to keep away from it. :face_blowing_a_kiss:

…that in Japan it’s considered polite to ask if you’ve had a good shit today?

…that in China it is considered impolite not to burp after being served a meal. Not burping causes suspicion that you didn’t enjoy the food.

…in Japan it is considered polite to slurp heavily while eating your noodles.

That might be great, but as long as there aren’t sufficiently large and fast storage media, it’s useless to me
