Trump actually chastised the norwegian overall gouvernance because according to Trump the norwegian gouvernment was “stupid enough” not to present him with the Nobel Peace Price. There is nothing sensible to say about it really. There are no words for it. 
What Trump said was beneath contempt. He has no concept of any decency or decorum.

I have heard, that carrots do help your eyes adjust quicker to darkening light. Like at twilight for example.
