Can you explain how this is taking advantage of her vulnerability and her disability if they make that adult decision to be part of this project?
IMO this is better for @Studio39 (Sunny) to answer if she so wishes, but I think it probably is better just to ignore it.

That’s the member that caused ukpolska to lose his leader position so curious how you can deal with him because I cannot make head nor tail as to what is going on. He’s a troller full stop.
To be fair, I made that decision out of principle. 
You are trying to show two sides of a coin as one, turning others opinion the way you want them to be seen. Ain’t gonna work here.
You can’t be serious being blind to the difference of specifically hiring certain group of vulnerable people and the way when people stumble upon a job which accepts everybody without looking at their phisique.
In the first scenario you either suspect the employer of being greedy to exploit the people. In the same time, this is a personal and corporate charity, because it requires a lot of attention to business details, for them to work organically with everyone willing to do the job.
You and @VHTV_James already agreed in the other thread that vulnerable people cannot make informed decision to be part of this project and they would look like c_____d because of their vulnerability
Your job as leader i found nothing wrong so not sure what principle you where trying to show.
Also in some countries they banned the show of dwarf people in circus because it is against human dignity. Here they are taking advantage of her disability just because some viewers have a fetish to deaf/disab__d women. So basically they are making a show of her disability which is disgusting.
Because I will not change my morals over trolling and just ignore them when I see other people being affected by them, so I was given the choice of ignoring them or removing myself and I was left with no option according to my principles.
My god that is hysterical and I have the picture in my head now with VHTV rubbing his hands together thinking yes we have a deaf girl at last, are you really that warped?

In previous posts I might have mentioned the way I like how controversial your posts and thinking may be. I do believe that healthy community should have a controversy share inside of it, and there always is. But you either keep it in a sane boundaries, or I may not guarantee you availability of our forum platform for your crazy thoughts.

They are physically disab__d , a disability can be mental or physical.

I always try and understand why and how people think in a certain way, but when I try with you it is so damn hard as I can not make associations with reality or rational thinking. Spock would blow a fuse with a mind meld with you it seems.
